Overview
In this role you drive end‑to‑end post‑merger integration by coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring execution of integration plans. You will support the integration program across all phases, from pre‑signing readiness to Day 1 and post‑closing execution, aligning with strategic objectives. You help translate synergy and value‑creation initiatives into actionable plans and monitor progress with executives, advisors, and seller counterparts. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment. This position offers exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities to shape integration playbooks and governance.
Compensation / Benefits
Manage end‑to‑end integration programs across all phases (pre‑signing readiness to post‑closing execution)
Develop and maintain the Integration Master Plan with milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and deliverables
Track progress across functional workstreams and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives
Facilitate cross‑functional coordination and identify interdependencies and conflicts
Support Day 1 readiness planning and execution
Coordinate across core functions (Finance, IT, Operations, HR) and assist in carve‑out and TSA tracking
Coordinate multiple integration projects and support strategic initiatives
Establish and maintain integration governance structures and escalation processes
Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, risk summaries, and decision‑support materials
Identify, assess, and elevate integration risks and issues;
maintain risk register and mitigation plans
Track synergy targets and value realization;
monitor linkage betweenactions and outcomes
Communicate with executives, sellers, consultants, and external advisors;
develop engagement strategies
Ensure project management standards and continuous improvement of Mu0026A integration playbook and tools
Responsibilities
Bachelor in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline
Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent preferred
Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in project management, consulting, Mu0026A, or transformation
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integration projects preferred
PM certified (PMP, Prince2, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent) advantageous
Experience in international, multi‑site environments strongly preferred
