We are looking for a reliable and versátil IT Support Specialist (Backfill Support or Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or when it is needed for dispatch activity's
Key Responsibilitiesa: Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software as per organizational standards.
Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for IT assets.
Handle hardware and software troubleshooting, including break-fix support.
Coordinate with OEM/vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and escalations.
Manage and maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and documentation.
Perform system imaging for laptops and desktops.
Support printer setup, troubleshooting, and network printer installations.
Assist in conference room setup, AV support, and meeting room technologies.
Provide VIP/end-user support with high-touch service.
Support Office 365-related issues and general user
