¿Cómo será tu día a día? Liderazgo de la operativa diaria de transporte, atendiendo y resolviendo incidencias de los servicios.
Control de la calidad de los servicios propios y alquilados, en especial estado y limpieza de los vehículos.
Gestión de servicios discrecionales, rutas escolares, grupos, etc. y revisión del cumplimiento.
Transmisión al personal de conducción la información diaria sobre las rutas asignadas, generando un buen clima y manteniendo la motivación.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde y realizar guardias.
¿Qué necesitamos de ti? Experiencia previa en puestos operativos, preferiblemente en transporte o logística.
Manejo de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde y realizar guardias.
¿Qué te ofrecemos? Contrato fijo. Horario: 10:30 a 18:30 Guardias: en remoto, una vez cada cinco semanas aproximadamente.
