Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users, including troubleshooting transactional, reporting, and KPI/dashboard issues
Monitor and support BPA integrations, reprocess failures, and escape structural issues as needed
Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
Support macOS hardware/software and Google Workspace applications, including
