As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced WA State Sales Manager to lead our WA sales function and help drive the next stage of growth across the state.
The Opportunity
Based at our Malaga Head Office, this is a hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for driving sales performance, managing key customer relationships, and supporting the day‑to‑day success of the WA sales team.
You’ll work closely with senior management, sales,



customer service, and operations to ensure our WA branch continues to deliver strong commercial results, exceptional service, and practical solutions for our customers.
This role would suit someone who is commercially sharp, people‑focused, and confident leading from the front. Someone who can balance strategy with action and build strong relationships across both customers and internal teams.
Lead and support the WA sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Drive new business development and identify opportunities for growth
Build, implement, and monitor sales strategies that align with national business goals
Review sales performance, customer activity, and market opportunities to support informed decision‑making
Coach, mentor, and support team members to improve capability, accountability, and results
