An established construction company is currently hiring two 2nd Class Masons / Bricklayers to support building projects based mainly in the Inca area, with company operations rooted in Palma. If you have practical experience on job sites and want to continue developing your craft alongside skilled professionals, this is a great chance for you.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Constructing and raising brick walls, blockwork, and internal partition walls
- Applying external renders, plastering, and surface finishes
- Preparing and mixing mortars, pastes, and essential building compounds
- Assisting 1st Class Masons with advanced structural tasks on site
- Managing equipment properly and keeping work areas safe and organized

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- A minimum of 6 months of proven work experience in masonry or bricklaying
- No formal academic qualifications required; practical skill and work ethic are key
- Physical fitness and readiness to work effectively on building sites




- Holding a valid driving licence is valued, though not mandatory
- Reliability, practical problem-solving skills, and a solid team spirit

What the position offers:

- A permanent full-time employment contract (contrato fijo)
- Gross annual salary of €23,092.85 according to collective agreement (extra payments included)
- Full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:30 (with the option of continuous working hours)
- Primary job sites located mainly in the Inca region
- Target start date scheduled for July 22, 2026
