We seek a New Business Trainee who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

- High level of spoken and written English. (C1 - Upper Intermediate)
- Bachelor's degree with the possibility of signing an agreement.
- Actively collaborate in the conceptualization and design of client pitches. It’s not just about making them look good, but about crafting a winning narrative.
- Assist in gathering information, managing timelines, and drafting technical documentation to respond to RFPs and RFIs for major national and international brands.
- Help transform the agency’s best campaigns into powerhouse case studies—translating data and creativity into compelling sales materials that captivate future clients.




- An analytical mindset paired with strategic thinking and high work-management capacity. Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude: you’re not afraid to pitch ideas and are motivated by working under controlled pressure (the pitch deadline rush is real!).
