For our office in Llucmajor, Mallorca, we are seeking a motivated Commercial Clerk who wants to support our team and grow together with us in a full-time position.

Your daily work will be varied and dynamic. You will support our team in the following areas:

- Processing and managing moving orders and customer requests
- Creating and maintaining documents, operational files, and tour plans
- Entering and updating customer and order data in our system
- Supporting our dispatch team with daily planning and coordination
- Communicating regularly with customers, drivers, and business partners
- Handling general administrative, organizational, and clerical duties

Above all, we are looking for someone who works reliably, enjoys organizing, and likes approaching tasks in a structured way. You will fit right in if you bring:

- Good German and Spanish language skills for daily communication




- Confident computer skills and ease with office software
- A careful, detail-oriented, and accurate way of working
- Great team spirit, friendliness, and strong communication skills
- Prior office or commercial experience is an advantage, but your motivation and willingness to learn are what truly matter most
