We're looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our International Admissions Team, supporting prospective students from Africa and Asia throughout their journey to UCAM.

Your Role

As an Enrollment & Admissions Assistant , you will support prospective students throughout the admissions process, providing guidance, answering enquiries and ensuring an outstanding student experience from the first contact through to enrolment.

You will also collaborate with different university departments and international partners to ensure a smooth admissions journey.

What we're looking for





- Higher Vocational Qualification or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent English (C1).
- Additional language relevant to African or Asian markets will be highly valued.
- 1-2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, international recruitment, sales support or similar client-facing roles.
