Instal.lacions Oci i aventura is looking for a dedicated Leisure and Adventure Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, lead an operational team, and ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities

- Overseeing and supervising daily activities as well as the general condition of the facilities
- Coordinating, motivating, and leading the operational team to maintain efficient daily workflow
- Delivering top-tier customer service and direct orientation, guaranteeing an excellent visitor experience
- Enforcing strict compliance with and continuous control of all safety protocols
- Managing daily organizational needs, troubleshooting operational challenges, and handling incident resolution
- Planning and designing special events, local functions, and brand-new guest activities
- Supervising catering services, overseeing stock purchases, and managing relations with external suppliers

Requirements

- Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in operational management or leisure facilities
- Intermediate proficiency in English (B1 level) to communicate effectively with international guests




- Computer skills at a user level for internal reporting and administrative tasks
- Valid driving license B (having your own vehicle is considered highly valuable)
- A proactive, highly responsible personality with proven leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
- Full availability and willingness to work shifts on weekends and public holidays

Benefits & Compensation

- Full-time schedule working from 10:0 to 19:00, including a 1-hour rest break each day
- Temporary 6-month contract with the realistic option to renew
- Gross annual salary of €18,000 distributed across 12 payments (with extra payments already prorated)
- Two days off per week, allowing you to relax and enjoy the vibrant lifestyle on Mallorca
