- Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Icelandic and English
- Assist with booking-related inquiries and account support

Requirements

- Icelandic communication skills required (C1 level or above)
- Good English communication skills required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
