Are you looking for a reliable full-time construction role on the island of Mallorca? A local construction company in Palma is looking for a Scaffolding Specialist Laborer to join their team. In this position, you will support general construction projects, handle transport logistics, and execute work at heights, contributing directly to safe and efficient daily operations across job sites in and around Palma.

Your daily tasks will include:

- Transporting tools, construction materials, and rubble between the warehouse and various work locations.
- Safely loading, securing, and stowing cargo in the vehicle before driving, along with basic vehicle maintenance and cleaning.
- Assisting in general construction projects, ground preparation, trench opening, and service connection work.
- Executing auxiliary tasks on scaffolding, roofs, and elevated areas while strictly complying with all site safety standards.
- Manually loading and unloading heavy materials, supplying tools and items to senior tradespeople,



and keeping the work area safe and tidy.

What you bring to the team:

- At least 3 months of practical experience in construction or scaffolding support.
- A valid B1 driving license.
- Working knowledge of Spanish to ensure smooth communication with the team.
- Strong safety awareness, especially when working at elevated heights.
- No formal educational degree required.

What is offered:

- A permanent full-time contract starting July 27, 2026.
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:00.
- Gross annual salary of €21,632.49 paid across 14 monthly installments.
- A stable work environment based in Palma, Mallorca.
