As a Formwork Carpenter on site in Manacor, your primary focus will be constructing foundational and load-bearing concrete elements for building projects. Your core daily tasks include:

- Building and assembling structural frameworks, heavy columns, and building slabs.
- Setting up, aligning, and securing shuttering molds using wood, metal, or specialized modular systems.
- Preparing construction elements according to technical plans, blueprints, and quality specifications.
- Pouring, compacting, and monitoring concrete curing within formwork systems.
- Dismantling, cleaning, and maintaining shuttering components safely after concrete has cured.

To qualify for this role, you must bring extensive practical site experience and a dedicated, detail‑oriented work ethic. The key requirements include:





- A minimum of 48 months (4 years) of proven professional experience working as a formwork carpenter.
- Completed secondary education (ESO / secondary school graduate or equivalent).
- Deep practical knowledge of concrete structures, structural columns, and floor slabs.
- Strong physical fitness and comfort working active construction site hours in the Mediterranean climate.
- High standard of work safety awareness and commitment to site protocols.
