A dedicated auto body and paint workshop located in Marratxí is looking for a qualified First-Class Panel Beater and Spray Painter to join their team. As a key technical specialist in the workshop, your daily work will cover both heavy bodywork repairs and fine aesthetic finishing.

Your primary tasks will include:

- Utilizing body repair benches and frame alignment equipment to fix severe vehicle impacts.
- Disassembling and reassembling parts on modern vehicles with high precision.
- Replacing structural vehicle panels, such as door panels and exterior components.
- Carrying out detailed dent repairs, including specialized hail damage repair.
- Preparing vehicle surfaces through body filling, sanding, masking, and applying primers.
- Applying final paint coats to meet professional aesthetic standards independently.

To be successful in this job offer, candidates should meet the following requirements:

- Intermediate Vocational Education and Training (CFGM)



in Vehicle Bodywork Repair (Carrosseria).
- A minimum of 6 months of professional experience in vehicle body repair and painting.
- Candidates without a specific vocational degree but with at least 36 months (3 years) of proven experience as a First-Class Panel Beater will also be fully considered.
- Ability to perform both body structural repairs and final painting processes autonomously.

What this employment offer in Marratxí provides:

- A full-time position with a permanent employment contract.
- Gross annual salary of €22,304.10, paid out in 14 monthly payments.
- Regular working timetable from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:00.
- Start date scheduled for August 4, 2026.
- Workplace based in Marratxí, on the island of Mallorca.
