Your daily responsibilities in this dynamic environment include:

- Welcoming and supporting German-speaking guests directly at Mallorca Airport to ensure a seamless start to their holiday.
- Assisting guests with arrivals, departures, transfers, and airline-related issues by providing swift, practical solutions.
- Organizing and coordinating efficient transfers between the airport, hotels, and other destinations across Mallorca.
- Communicating closely with local partners, hotel teams, and our service department to maintain high quality standards.

To succeed in this role, you should bring the following profile:

- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, clear, and customer-focused approach.
- Fluent German language skills are required; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus.




- Strong service mindset and a genuine passion for helping guests enjoy their stay on the island.
- Problem-solving attitude and a calm demeanor during challenging situations like flight delays or strikes.
- High flexibility and willingness to work shifts and weekends in a varied airport environment.
- Great team spirit and appreciation for working in an international atmosphere with local partners.
