An established Indian restaurant located in the town of Alcúdia is looking for a qualified Indian Specialty Cook to join their kitchen team. - Preparing traditional dishes from Indian cuisine, including classic curries, naan bread, and tandoori specialties.
- Managing the accurate preparation of spices, marinades, and traditional Indian recipes to maintain authentic flavor profiles.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times.
- Organizing your workstation efficiently during lunch and dinner service shifts.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following profile requirements:

- At least 24 months (2 years) of professional experience working with Indian cuisine, or formal vocational training in Cooking and Gastronomy.
- Minimum educational qualification: Primary education certificate.
- Strong knowledge of authentic Indian culinary techniques, tandoor operation, and spice blending.




- Ability to work split shift hours reliably and work well within a team setting.

What conditions are provided for this position in Alcúdia:

- A permanent contract (contrato indefinido) providing professional stability on the island.
- Full-time employment schedule operating from Monday to Sunday, with split shifts from 12:00 to 16:00 and 19:00 to 23:00.
- Two scheduled days off per week, to be agreed upon with the employer.
- A gross annual salary of €27,632.06, with pay and conditions strictly adhering to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
- Immediate incorporation with start date planned for July 1, 2026.
