At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for an Account Assistant (Administrative/Invoicing) to join the Invoice Team of our Supply Chain Department and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will be responsible fo the following tasks:

- Invoice Registration: Logging and tracking of invoices in ARIBA and SharePoint.
- Invoice Processing & Documentation Support: End-to-end management of invoice workflows, including collection and validation of supporting documentation.
- Land Lease Payments: Calculation of lease amounts and submission of invoices to landowners.
- Supplier Registration: Onboarding and maintenance of supplier records in SAP plattform
- Annual CPI Adjustment: Calculation and application of annual Consumer Price Index updates to applicable contracts
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position




- Experience working with ERP-SAP (MM)

Other Valuable Requirements

- English Advanced level (equivalent to C1-C2)
- Spanish Advanced level (equivalent C1-C2/Native)
- Proficient command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
