LOOKING FOR A RECEPTIONIST, HOSTEL MANAGER (EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) RIGHT NOW!!

We are a hostel in Barcelona that makes every guest feel like home. We try to create a great team of employees dedicated to taking care of our guests.

We are looking for someone with a traveler’s soul, curiosity, and a great sense of customer care (energy and sense of humor). Here you will learn about the hostelry management of all operations at a human‑scale company.

Responsibilities

- Manage all reception operations and handle daily issues.
- Lead the team and local operations of the hostel (Manager position only).
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.

Qualifications

- Previous reception experience (at least a little).
- Previous manager experience required for the Manager position.
- Spanish and English required; other languages appreciated.
- Must have your NIE and SSN number.
