BK Group specializes in managing vibrant leisure and gastronomy venues at Playa de Palma, including the world-famous Bierkönig. We are looking for a creative, reliable, and versátil personality to join our team in Palma immediately. If you already reside on the island, know what makes social media tick, and want to create captivating content directly where the action happens, this full-time seasonal position is a great opportunity for you.

In this role, you will take active ownership of our social media channels and engage directly with our growing audience. Your main tasks include:

- Managing and moderating our social media community with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Answering comments and direct messages in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
- Creating original photos, videos, Reels, and TikToks directly on site at our venues and live events.
- Developing creative content concepts tailored to our brands, artists, events, and guests.
- Researching current social media trends and translating them into fresh ideas for our channels.
- Supporting promotional activities, giveaways, and community initiatives while providing simple regular performance reports.





To succeed in this position, you must already live in Mallorca and possess a valid NIE along with a Spanish social security number. You should also bring:

- Initial professional experience in social media management, community management, and content creation.
- Deep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok, alongside a keen instinct for viral trends and engaging visual storytelling.
- Practical experience in shooting and editing mobile content (experience with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools is a plus).
- Excellent German skills, as most of your community interaction will be in German (Spanish skills are a plus, as Spanish is our primary office language).
- Strong self-organization, teamwork, and the flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and live events.

We offer you a dynamic, full-time seasonal position (40 hours per week) starting immediately, located directly at Playa de Palma.
