Are you an experienced technical operator looking for a stable career opportunity in Palma, Mallorca? Grupo EULEN is seeking two qualified Installation and Maintenance Technicians to join their technical team on the island. In this full-time role, you will carry out essential installation, renovation, and general upkeep tasks on various property projects across Palma. If you enjoy hands-on technical work and want to contribute to high-quality building and renovation projects in Mallorca, this position offers an adecuado environment for you to demonstrate your skills.

As an Installation and Maintenance Technician, your main tasks will include:

- Executing plumbing work in both new building installations and complete property renovations.
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining water distribution networks, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, taps, water softeners, and water heaters.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing breakdowns efficiently.
- Performing complementary masonry tasks such as tiling, flooring, plasterboard and drywall assembly, and final finishing touches.
- Fitting doors, furniture, and other housing fixtures needed for property conditioning.
- Taking an active part in general property maintenance while guaranteeing safety standards and top quality in all executed tasks.





To succeed in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

- An intermediate vocational training degree (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Mitjà or equivalent).
- A valid Category B driving license, which is essential for mobile technical duties.
- Practical knowledge in complementary technical fields, such as electricity, HVAC, or general building maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and dedication to workplace safety regulations.

What Grupo EULEN offers you:

- A permanent contract with full-time working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- A gross annual salary of €25,000 distributed across 14 payments, in accordance with the Metal Sector Collective Bargaining Agreement.
