You will provide direct support, guide residents through their daily routines, and actively detect individual needs to ensure high-quality residential assistance in the local community.

Your core tasks in this role will involve:

- Accompanying individuals, monitoring their progress, and detecting their personal needs.
- Executing direct individual and group interventions tailored to resident requirements.
- Mediating conflicts effectively to foster a safe, positive, and collaborative environment.
- Promoting social and community integration activities within the residential context.
- Supporting general healthcare, social, and care routines across residential services.





What you bring to the role:

- Relevant qualification or training in Social Integration, care for people in situations of dependency, health care, or social services.
- A mandatory valid Class B driving license to ensure mobility and fulfillment of operational duties.
- Immediate availability to step into the position without delay.
- Complete willingness and flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts from Monday to Sunday.

What this position offers you:

- A permanent contract (indefinido) providing stable employment in the private sector in Palma.
- An annual salary of 23,136.72 EUR gross per year.
- A weekly working commitment of 38 hours and 30 minutes (38:30 hours per week).
- A rotating shift schedule operating from Monday to Sunday, allowing you to contribute continuously to residential care.
