- Baking high-quality fresh bread and related dough products every morning.
- Managing baking equipment and production workflows during early morning shift hours to ensure fresh goods are ready on time.
- Maintaining strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards across the main kitchen and bakery area.
- Ensuring exceptional consistency, taste, and visual appearance for all finished baked items.

To excel in this role, previous professional experience in baking and pastry production is essential for your success.

- Proven professional experience working in a baker or pastry chef position within a bakery or commercial kitchen setting.
- Solid practical skills in dough preparation, oven operation, and specialized baking techniques, specifically for ensaimadas and fresh bread.
- Spanish language skills sufficient for daily professional communication in a local working context on Mallorca.
- High reliability, punctuality, and the stamina required for early morning shifts.
- A systematic approach to work with a high commitment to product quality and food hygiene standards.

This job offers clear terms and stable prospective employment conditions right in Palma:

- A permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) in the private retail commercial sector.
- An attractive net monthly salary between 1,500 and 1,900 Euros net per month.
- A clear shift schedule working either from 07:00 to 14:00 or from 06:00 to 13:00, covering Monday through Sunday.
- A structured working week consisting of 5 days at 7 hours per shift and 1 day at 5 hours per shift, providing 1 full guaranteed day off per week.
- A reliable position based permanently in Palma, Mallorca.
