To strengthen our local team, we are seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager in a adaptable part-time position (20 to 30 hours per week).

In this dynamic role, you will take on key operational tasks to maintain the premium standard of our client portfolio. Your responsibilities include:

- Managing and regularly inspecting client properties across the southwestern coast of Mallorca.
- Organizing and supervising external trade specialists and repair contractors for routine maintenance and specialized work.
- Providing clear leadership and guidance to our in-house cleaning staff and gardening team.
- Maintaining structured property oversight to ensure complete owner satisfaction at all times.

We are looking for a dedicated team member with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Your profile should include:

- Ideally,



hands‑on experience in managing luxury villas on Mallorca or a professional background in the premium hospitality industry.
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both German and Spanish; knowledge of English is a valuable plus.
- A valid driver's license, excellent manners, and a well‑groomed professional appearance.
- Technical interest or practical handiness, enabling you to inspect and address property needs effectively.
- Outstanding reliability (200%), flexibility, and a genuine commitment to customer orientation.
