BalearBoatService is currently looking for one Car Mechanic and one Boat Mechanic to join our growing team on a full-time basis at short notice. Founded in 1995, our established yacht management company delivers top-tier services around Palma and throughout the Southwest of Mallorca. If you are looking for an exciting work environment with varied daily challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you. While living close to Palma is an advantage, it is not a mandatory requirement for joining us.

As a Car Mechanic or Boat Mechanic at BalearBoatService, you will handle a broad spectrum of technical tasks across Palma, Son Castelló, Calanova, and the southwestern coastal region. Your primary practical workspace will be located at our workshop in Son Castelló, supported by our main office in Calanova. You will work on diverse assignments, ensuring that all vehicles and boats in our care receive meticulous attention and expert maintenance. To help you perform your daily work seamlessly across these locations,



a company car will be provided to you.

Requirements for this role:

- Prior knowledge and practical experience as a car mechanic or boat mechanic
- Strong willingness to work, high motivation, and a positive drive
- High degree of reliability, loyalty, and commitment to quality
- An accurate, neat, and well-groomed personal appearance
- Excellent manners and professional interpersonal skills
- A valid driver's license
