ROLE SUMMARY

COLEGIO Mestral is seeking a passionate and caring Early Years Teacher to join our team in Ibiza for the 2026–2027 academic year.

We are looking for a native English-speaking teacher or a teacher with a very high level of English to teach children aged 3 to 5 years old in English within our Early Years department.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and deliver engaging English-language lessons for children aged 3–5 years old
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment that supports early childhood development
- Encourage students’ language, social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning activities
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining regular communication with families and the school team
- Collaborate with colleagues on classroom planning, school activities, and the overall wellbeing of students

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

- Native English speaker or excellent command of English
- Experience working with Early Years / Preschool children (ages 3–5)
- Warm, creative, and dynamic teaching approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a school team
- Essential: Candidates must already be resident in Ibiza
