At Disop, we are looking for a trainee to support our commercial team in managing and developing national and international customers. If you are interested in sales, customer care and growing in an international environment, this opportunity could be for you.

Responsibilities

- Support the commercial follow-up of current and potential customers.
- Manage operational tasks related to orders, quotations and internal coordination.
- Support communication with national and international customers by email, phone or other channels.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Prepare commercial reports and perform basic data analysis.
- Collaborate in resolving incidents and improving service quality.

Education & Qualifications

- Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Economics, Commerce or related fields.
- Recent graduates or students in the final stage of their studies will be especially considered.
- Additional training in sales, customer management or international trade will be a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

- Basic knowledge of commercial processes and customer management.
- High level of English. Other languages will be valued.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and motivation to grow professionally.




- Enthusiasm and a positive mindset to develop in an international commercial environment.

Experience

- Basic experience supporting commercial or customer care activities will be valued.
- Previous experience is not essential; we are looking for someone with potential, initiative and a strong willingness to learn.
