A active construction company in Calvià is looking to hire two Assistant Painters to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of site work ranging from interior surface finishing to exterior facade maintenance. Working directly under the guidance of an experienced site manager, you will always have reliable on-site supervision and support, ensuring you are never left alone with project management or complex technical decisions.

In your daily routine, you will take on a broad spectrum of painting and surface preparation tasks:

- Preparing surfaces meticulously through filling, puttying, sanding, and applying appropriate primers.
- Executing interior painting work, lacquering, wallpapering, and treating various wall and ceiling surfaces.
- Applying exterior paint finishes, facade coatings, and carrying out essential maintenance work on building exteriors.
- Supporting larger building renovation and structural rehabilitation projects across the job site.




- Handling minor repairs and precision touch-up work in close coordination with your site manager.

To qualify for one of these positions, you need to meet the following criteria:

- Minimum education completed: Secondary education degree (ESO / Graduat Escolar).
- Driving license: A valid Class B driving license is required for the position.
- A professional attitude, solid teamwork skills, and precision when completing preparatory and finishing tasks.

The employer offers a complete and attractive package for workers in Calvià:

- A permanent employment contract with a full-time schedule (08:00 to 17:00h).
- An annual gross salary of €22,438.25.
