About the Role

The Junior Procurement Specialist – Indirect Categories will support the management of indirect categories, acting as a key interface between HAVI and the client, ensuring proper project follow-up, sourcing execution, and value creation through analysis and coordin /ppation.

Responsibilities

- Act as a key interface between HAVI teams and the client, ensuring clear, structured and results-oriented commbr
- Support the management of indirect categories (promotions, marketing, restaurant equipmebr /nt, etc.)
- Participate in end-to-end sourcing processes (RFI, RFP/RFQ, benchmarking and market analysis), contributing to supplier identification and evaluation, as well as stakeholder coobr /rdination.
- Ensure project and initiative follow-up, meeting deadlines, deliverables and defined obr /bjectives.
- Analyze spend data to identify improvement opportunities and cost optimization, supporting decisibr /on-making.
- Assist in supplier management and performance tracking,



including compliance and continuous im /ppprovement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineeribr /ng or similar.
- Backgrounds in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, International Business or business-technology combinations will be /pphighly valued.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, consulting, analytics or pbr /roject management.
- High level obr /f English (B2–C1).
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, /ppand data analysi /pps.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (ibr /nternal and external).
- High level of curiosity and analytical mindset, with interest in underbr /standing the business.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to structurebr /tasks and priorities.
