A local auto body and paint repair shop is expanding its team and offering two permanent positions: one First-Class Car Painter and one First-Class Panel Beater / Auto Body Specialist. Depending on your practical specialization, your daily responsibilities will cover the following key tasks:

For the Car Painter position:

- Preparing surfaces, sanding, and carrying out vehicle body repairs prior to painting.
- Applying primers, base paints, clear coats, and specialty finishes.
- Precise color matching and shade formulation.
- Operating paint booths, spray guns, and specialized painting tools safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out final touch-ups, polishing, and quality control according to shop standards.

For the Panel Beater position:

- Repairing, restoring, or replacing damaged structural and cosmetic vehicle body components.
- Disassembling and reassembling vehicle parts and interior/exterior trims.
- Executing precise welding tasks and working with frame alignment benches.
- Surface preparation and careful verification of bodywork alignment and finishes.





Requirements for candidates:

- Intermediate Vocational Degree in Auto Body Repair (Tècnic en Carrosseria).
- Between 24 and 36 months of proven professional experience in a similar role.
- Valid Category B driving license.
- High standards of workmanship, detail orientation, and quality awareness.

What this offer includes:

- Permanent employment contract starting August 24, 2026.
- Full-time schedule working Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00.
- Gross annual salary of €21,581.91 distributed across 14 monthly payments.
- Employment regulated under the Metal Industry Collective Agreement of the Balearic Islands.
