Your key responsibilities:

- Welcoming and supporting German-speaking guests directly at Mallorca Airport to ensure a seamless holiday start.
- Assisting travelers with arrivals, departures, transfers, and providing quick solutions during flight delays or airline issues.
- Organizing and coordinating transfers between the airport, hotels, and various destinations across Mallorca.
- Maintaining close communication with local partners, hotels, and the internal service team to guarantee high service quality.

What you bring to the team:

- Strong communication skills with a friendly and clear approach to guests and local partners.
- Fluent German skills are mandatory; additional language skills, especially Spanish, are a strong advantage.
- High service orientation and a genuine passion for creating a pleasant holiday experience for guests.




- Solution-oriented mindset, staying calm and versátil during challenging situations like strikes or flight delays.
- Team spirit and enjoyment of working in an international team environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekend duties as part of a regular 5-day week.
