We are currently looking for a commercial profile for the position of Student Adviser (Intern) to join our student recruitment department.

Required Experience and Skills

- - English and Spanish proficiency, minimum B2 level.
- - Interestin consultative selling, commercial activities and business development (B2C).
- - Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form.
- - Ability to maintain a high level of conversation with the client.
- - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- - 100% customer and goal-oriented.
- - Dynamic and willing to learn.
- - Negotiation abilities.
- - Competent in office tools and IT systems

Responsibilities include:

- - Providing prospects students with information about our academic programs.
- - Providing personalized assistance to students (via telephone and e-mail).
- - Following up on students’ inquiries, admission and registration.
- - Handling administrative tasks and logging the commercial process in the CRM/system
- - Providing support in tasks assigned within the advisory department.- Assisting students with the visa application process.
- - Analyzing data and reporting to the director of advisory department.
- -Preparing guidelines to facilitate the student experience and the settling into the
- campus.
