Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Waiter role based in Madrid. The Waiter will welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness in the dining area, and coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver orders correctly. The role also involves answering guest questions, handling special requests, processing payments, and supporting the team during busy service periods. The Waiter is expected to maintain a professional appearance, follow health and safety standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications





- Strong customer service skills, including a friendly demeanor and ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Experience with food & beverage and food service operations, such as serving dishes, understanding menu items, and following hygiene standards.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Basic cooking or food preparation skills are an advantage, especially for supporting simple kitchen tasks when needed.
- Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality settings is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Madrid, stand for extended periods, and manage a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local health, safety, and sanitation regulations is beneficial.
- Fluency in Spanish; additional languages, such as English, are a plus.
