- Generating additional sales through professional upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Utilizing standard office software to record client interactions and sales activity accurately.

The employer is explicitly seeking candidates with a strong sales focus rather than an administrative profile. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Excellent command of the German language at a C2 level (native or fluent).
- At least 12 months of relevant professional experience in direct sales or commercial roles.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and telephone sales skills.

- No formal academic qualification is required, as your motivation and sales performance are what matter most.

This job opportunity comes with attractive working conditions in Palma. You will be hired on a permanent contract starting on July 20, 2026. The schedule is part-time, running from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, giving you comfortable work hours and weekends off. You will receive a gross salary of 1,399 EUR per month over 12 payments, complemented by sales commissions based on your results.
