Join us as a part-time waiter/waitress at LABTWENTYTWO, part of the Odyssey Hotel Group. We are a fast-growing hospitality operator partnering with major brands, focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a creative, sustainable environment.

The Position

You are a passionate waiter/waitress who brings charm and a friendly personality to create great guest experiences. If you value service excellence and enjoy collaborating with a team, you’ll fit well in our team.

Your Key Responsibilities

- As a professional host, you ensure optimal care for guests and address complaints quickly and in a guest-oriented manner.
- Assist with Mise-en-place to ensure smooth service.
- Provide professional food and beverage services.
- Proper use, care and cleaning of equipment and materials.
- Perform accounting operations and settlement formalities as required.

How You’ll Do It

- Demonstrate a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering excellent service.
- Maintain a focus on a positive guest experience and smooth operations.
- Adapt to change with a proactive mindset.
- Communicate warmly, be guest-oriented, and work well as part of a team.

What You’ll Bring

- Ideally completed vocational training in hotel or restaurant industry or first job experience (not required).
- Enjoy working in a team and with people.
- Guest-oriented approach to work.




- Reliability and flexibility.
- Knowledge of POS systems.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are welcome.
