Now we're on the lookout for a dedicated General Manager to help us continue offering outstanding service to our diverse guests.

Your Role:

As a General Manager, your key responsibilities will encompass:

- Accommodation managing, including the bar.
- Budget control and monitoring.
- Review and optimize business activities and ways of working- driving financial performance and adding value.
- Setting budget, manage forecasts, control and report all areas of the business.
- Develop the business plan and implement new strategies to achieve the goals.
- Maximize overall performance; sales, brand reputation, business opportunities, teams productivity.
- Partner with key stakeholders.
- Purchasing management and supervision.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a general manager in hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; familiarity with other languages is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the MEWS programme highly valued.
