Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into D365 Finance u0026amp; Operations solutions. You will own functional designs and support system integrations to meet evolving business needs in finance, operations and supply chain. You lead testing, deployment, and data governance while promoting best practices and compliance. You drive continuous improvement and provide user support, with exposure to Azure integrations and data management. A shaping role that leverages D365 to enable scalable, value-driven processes.

- Partner with finance, operations and IT teams to understand processes and capture requirements
- Document functional requirements and process flows; translate into D365-aligned designs
- Configure and support D365 Fu0026O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Projects)
- Participate in workshops and solution reviews; support enhancements and minor customizations
- Ensure governance, security and compliance alignment across solutions
- Create and execute UAT scripts; support users during testing and deployment
- Assist with release planning and post-deployment support
- Support integrations with external systems; assist data migration and governance




- Provide second- or third-line support; investigate defects and identify optimization opportunities
- Contribute to system documentation and knowledge sharing

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, information technology or computer science
- At least 5 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fu0026O
- Experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments (3–5 years)
- Proven D365 Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant experience
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Fu0026O finance and supply chain processes
- Experience producing functional design documents and process maps
- Experience supporting integrations and data imports/exports
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Knowledge of D365 Data Management Framework (DMF) and LCS
- Exposure to Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Functions)
- Microsoft D365 or Power Platform certifications
- Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
- Basic understanding of X++ and system customizations
- A Microsoft certification (advantage)
