Descripción del trabajo PMO Lead / Programme Support Lead, AI TransformationHybrid workingContract / Freelance OpportunityWe’re supporting a major organisation undergoing a large-scale digital and operational transformation programme and are looking for an experienced PMO / Programme Support professional to join a high-profile delivery team.This is an opportunity to work across complex AI transformation initiatives, supporting governance, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and programme controls within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting programme governance and leadership reporting
- Managing RAID logs, actions, dependencies, and programme documentation
- Coordinating project plans, roadmaps, and status reporting
- Ensuring programme standards, controls, and delivery processes are followed
- Supporting change control and audit readiness activities
- Working closely with project managers,



workstream leads, and senior stakeholders
- Providing operational programme support including onboarding, logistics, and procurement coordination
- Maintaining accurate programme data across tools such as JIRA and Confluence

We’re looking for someone with:

- Strong PMO / programme support experience within IT and Technology transformation environments
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent workstreams
- Knowledge of project governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks
- Confidence working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration platforms
- Experience within digital, data, AI, and cloud transformation programmes of particular interest
