Business Development Manager

Location: NSW, VIC, QLD

Non-Bank Lending Experience > 2 years

Responsibilities

- Assisting with personal and home lending enquiries by communicating detailed financial matters.
- Respond to brokers' enquiries (call, apps, and email) timely and efficiently whilst providing first-rate customer service.
- Record all communications with external parties and all actions taken regarding each enquiry on the company.
- Record CRM or as instructed on a timely basis.
- Liaise with internal and external parties where necessary.
- Develop new clients.

Requirements

- Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00am till 5:30pm.
- A background in finance or experience in business development through the mortgage industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively resolve conflict.
- Strong problem‑solving capacity.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
