Head of Supply Chain Spain

ESP-Mataró (Barcelona)

Responsibilities

- Lead Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation operations across Spain.
- Ensure excellent customer service performance and operational reliability.
- Drive transformation, digitalization and process optimization initiatives.
- Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement programs.
- Manage logistics partners and support network optimization initiatives.
- Monitor and improve KPIs including OTIF, service level, productivity and logistics costs.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, Planning and Global Supply Chain teams.
- Lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams.
- Support implementation of automation and AI‑driven operational improvements.

Qualifications

- University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics or Customer Operations.
- Proven people leadership experience in multinational environments.
- Experience in Customer Service, Warehousing and Transportation management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.




- Experience with SAP and Supply Chain systems.
- Exposure to transformation and digitalization initiatives.
- Fluent English and Spanish required.
- Experience in healthcare, FMCG, pharma or consumer goods industries is a plus.
