In this role you will support sector-focused pre‑sales activities to drive growth for AXA Partners across banking, telecom, utilities, mobility and retail. You’ll bridge sector insights with technical capabilities, helping sales teams tailor solutions and win opportunities. You’ll work with global teams to align strategies and craft compelling value propositions, pitches and go‑to‑market plans. You’ll shape client relationships from first engagement, influencing commercial strategy and ensuring smooth handoffs to implementation.

- Develop tailored value propositions and differentiated solutions
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and sector teams to align on client solutions
- Create compelling presentations, demos and pitches for each sector
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop business cases, feasibility studies and go‑to‑market strategies for sector solutions
- Ensure alignment between sales strategies and technical capabilities within each sector
- Facilitate clear communication of client requirements during pre‑sales to implementation transitions
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (minimum)
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or sector‑specific roles within target sectors
- Experience collaborating with technical and commercial teams on complex projects
- Strong ability to analyze client needs and craft compelling value propositions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Understanding of sector‑specific challenges, digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and customer experience
- Fluent English; Spanish or French a plus
- Familiarity with digital solutions or orchestration platforms is a plus
