Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you drive the MES landscape transformation in a global pharma setting, enabling cloud-native architectures with OpenShift/Kubernetes and containerized deployments. You work across IT and OT to ensure robust, scalable MES solutions and partner with cross‑functional teams to improve manufacturing operations. You will lead global MES implementations, support system life cycle, and contribute to audit‑ready processes. This is a hands‑on, international opportunity with a hybrid work model that emphasizes impact and collaboration.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Transform and deploy MES solutions to a cloud-native architecture (OpenShift/Kubernetes, PostgreSQL)
- Lead global MES implementation projects with IT and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with OT teams to integrate MES with shop floor systems and understand OT data flows
- Support design, planning, implementation, and run phases of MES within local and global sites
- Assist in Master Batch Record creation/configuration and its role in manufacturing/quality
- Provide incident and problem management for MES deployments across regions
- Lead structured investigations (root cause analysis) for MES issues and document findings per GMP/regulatory standards




- Analyze incident trends and propose improvements to MES templates, deployment and integrations
- Facilitate cross‑functional meetings to align stakeholders on investigations and actions

Responsabilidades

- 3–5 years of experience in production processes with IT/engineering focus
- Knowledge or experience with MES (Körber PAS-X 3.2/3.3) is advantageous
- Strong IT infra knowledge (Windows/Linux, Citrix) and database skills (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
- Good team player with ability to learn and work in international environment
- Excellent English skills
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or similar natural sciences
- Understanding of OT environments and their role in pharmaceutical manufacturing (data acquisition and control)
- Nice to have knowledge of Docker or RedHat OpenShift/Kubernetes
- Nice to have experience with MBR design/lifecycle in MES, preferably regulated environments
- Nice to have hands‑on Docker deployments and Oracle DB administration/integration
