Technical Product Manager - Treasury Platform

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager for our Treasury domain. This role is critical to ensuring our financial visibility and the integrity of our integral liquidity position, involving close collaboration with engineering, treasury, finance, and external vendors.

- Define and execute the roadmap for Treasury Systems, ensuring accurate data ingestion from transactional systems into the Treasury Management System (TMS).
- Optimize cash management and provide real‑time visibility across bank accounts, improving forecasting capabilities.
- Oversee banking reconciliation logic to ensure accurate balances and reconcile flows against expected cashflows from trades and payments.
- Manage market data feeds and valuations, producing precise Mark‑to‑Market valuations for open transactions.
- Evaluate the performance of the current FIS Quantum setup and recommend enhancements or potential future replacement.
- Collaborate with engineering on data pipelines between internal transactional engines and the TMS,



prioritizing features for operational efficiency and risk reduction.
- Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and the Treasury department, communicating project status and system health.

What you’ll need

- Minimum of 3 years product management experience in FinTech, Banking, or Treasury.
- Deep understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, and FX trade settlement mechanics.
- Technical literacy in how data flows across systems and translates to treasury movements.
- Strong analytical mindset and documentation skills.
- Experience managing third‑party financial software providers such as FIS or Kyriba.
