Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Specialist PMCM to join our growing team supporting the delivery of mission-critical and large-scale construction projects. This position is intended for professionals with a strong background in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, combined with practical experience in Project Management, Construction Management, and site supervision.
This is an opportunity to join a consolidated company within the sector and work for a globally recognized client on a long-term sequence of Data Center construction projects. The successful candidate will become part of a multidisciplinary PMCM team delivering complex and fast-paced projects.

Requirements
Education
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and engineering projects (10+ years preferred).
- Proven experience in Electrical and Mechanical systems installation, supervision, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience in Data Centers, Industrial Facilities, Pharmaceutical Plants, Logistics Facilities, or Mission Critical Environments will be highly valued.
- Experience working within PMCM, Owner's Representative, Construction Management, or EPC environments is preferred.
Languages
- Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English (essential).
Responsibilities
- Technical Oversight
- Review and monitor the installation of Electrical and Mechanical systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Support design reviews, technical submittals, RFIs, method statements, and construction documentation.
Construction Management
- Supervise site activities related to MEP systems and coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation measures.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, inspection plans, and quality procedures.
- Witness inspections, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and commissioning activities.
Testing & Commissioning Support
- Support commissioning activities from Level 1 to Level 5 where applicable.
- Coordinate testing, functional performance testing, integrated systems testing,
and handover documentation.
Project Controls
- Assist in project planning, schedule monitoring, progress reporting, and milestone tracking.
- Review contractor progress claims and support budget and cost control activities.
Client Reporting
- Provide regular technical and progress reports to project management and client representatives.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and technical reviews with project stakeholders.
Health & Safety
- Promote and ensure compliance with site safety requirements and best construction practices.
