Experteer Overview In this role you will deliver core sales training and support onboarding initiatives, shaping the learning roadmap for Europe. You will act as a Learning Business Partner for divisions, aligning training with business needs and engagement data. You will design new programs, refine offerings based on feedback, and coordinate global programs for European deployment. This position offers the chance to influence how teams learn, scale programs, and work with cross-functional partners. A meaningful hook is shaping general training in a fast-growing water solutions business.

Responsibilities

- Deliver core sales training curriculum (CSP, VSP, SSP).
- Support Global Water onboarding classes.
- Demand planning and training schedule creation for the financial year.
- Act as Learning Business Partner for allocated divisions (training updates and needs).
- Creation of new training programs to meet Europe-specific needs.
- Review and adjust training programs based on feedback.
- Schedule and deliver ad hoc training.
- Coordinate with Global Water L&D; Centre of Excellence for global-to-European deployment.
- Assist with local language translations and validation of global programs.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of field sales experience, preferably in a leadership position.
- 5+ years of training or facilitation experience (internal or customer-facing).
- Willingness to obtain training certifications or hold certifications.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Easy Generator).
- Willingness to travel ~25% of time.
- Beginner's mindset and eagerness to learn and apply digital tools in learning environments.
