Finom is seeking a Financial Crime Manager specializing in KYC/CDD to lead the methodology for Finom’s CDD Risk Engine. You will collaborate with ML engineers to improve risk models and work with Product Managers to implement CDD improvements.
You will also draft guidance, train the 1LOD CDD team, monitor risk indicators, and drive risk assessment frameworks across the organization, with leadership responsibilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
