Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead and deliver EHS due diligence and compliance services for transactions and portfolio reviews across Iberia and Europe. You will collaborate with Ramboll’s multidisciplinary teams to identify EHS risks, develop action plans, and report findings to clients in a clear, actionable way. You’ll support business development and help clients manage risk and achieve regulatory compliance within a transaction-focused context. The position offers exposure to private equity, infrastructure, and industrial clients in a general consultancy setting. Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Lead and deliver EHS due diligence projects for Mu0026A, private equity transactions, refinancing activities, and portfolio reviews
- Conduct EHS compliance assessments and audits across diverse sectors
- Review management systems, permits, licenses, and regulatory obligations to identify risks
- Support clients in corrective action plans and compliance improvement programmes
- Prepare high-quality technical reports and present findings to clients
- Assist with business development, proposals, and client relationship management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary Ramboll teams to deliver integrated due diligence services
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing knowledge and project guidance




- Monitor emerging EHS regulations and industry developments relevant to Ramboll's clients

Responsabilidades

- BS or MS in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Occupational Health u0026 Safety, Environmental Management, or related discipline
- Approximately 10–15 years of relevant consulting or industry experience in EHS compliance, permitting, due diligence, auditing, or risk management
- 5 years of project management experience
- Experience performing EHS due diligence assessments for corporate, infrastructure, industrial, or private equity clients
- Strong understanding of European and Spanish environmental, health and safety regulations
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Experience preparing technical reports and communicating findings to clients
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
