We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-established company in the naval sector, with over 60 years of experience and a strong international presence.

The company works on a wide variety of projects, including:

- Luxury and high-performance vessels
- Commercial and offshore projects
- Defense and government programs

This provides a unique level of exposure within the industry, combining engineering, industrial execution, and high-level technical projects.

This is a key role within the organization, where you will lead complex projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with engineering, production, and clients.

Responsibilities & Requirements

- Full project lifecycle management (scope, cost, time, and quality)




- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams (engineering, production, client)
- Monitoring and control of project milestones
- Risk management and resolution of project issues
- Direct communication with clients and stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing complex projects
- Background in the naval/maritime sector
- Degree in Naval Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
- Spanish and English required
- Strong leadership skills and strategic mindset
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, AutoCAD, Rhino
