Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking a highly motivated CRM Initiative Manager to join the CRM Portfolio & Commercial Excellence organization. This role leads strategic CRM initiatives that drive sales effectiveness, service excellence, customer experience, and digital transformation.
The successful candidate will bridge Business, CRM Portfolio, CRM IT, Analytics and AI Enablement, translating initiatives into executable plans, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and delivering value from concept to
