In this role you lead strategic IT/indirect procurement initiatives across a global organization, partnering with Head of Group Procurement, category leads, and regional teams to identify, triage and execute high‑impact sourcing. You will manage a direct report, drive savings and value, and align procurement with transformation programs. You’ll work with digital procurement tools to deliver measurable commercial benefits and report on key metrics. This is a chance to shape a global procurement capability and influence cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced, multinational context.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Create and grow a strategic initiatives capability within central procurement to identify, triage, and execute high‑value sourcing across categories and business units
- Build a pipeline of initiatives prioritized by ROI and ensure timely execution of large strategic sourcing projects (RFPs, E Auctions, outsourcing, transformation sourcing)
- Collaborate with category leads and regional teams to deliver aligned procurement initiatives
- Leverage digital procurement tools to realize savings, efficiencies, and value adds
- Coordinate with transformation programs to deliver in‑scope procurement impact
- Provide timely management information and reporting on savings, spend, and related measures
- Manage one direct report to achieve objectives and mitigate risk
Responsabilidades
- 10+ years IT/indirect procurement experience in a global environment
- Leadership, business partnering and relationship‑building capabilities
- Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills
- Team player with ability to work autonomously
- Digital tools experience / IT literate
- Commercial mindset and numeracy
- Inquisitive and innovative
- Experience with RFP / RFX / E Auctions
- Degree / MCIPs preferred but not essential
