Overview

In this role you will lead or support clinical development efforts within the Cell Therapy team to shape global development plans. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and report to the Senior Medical Director, Hematology, contributing to asset‑level and therapeutic area strategies. You will drive the design and execution of multiple clinical studies, represent Clinical Development on the Global Program Team and at management reviews, prepare key study documents, select advisory board participants, and synthesize disease and landscape data to guide program decisions. Responsibilities





- Design and execute multiple clinical studies or programs.
- Represent Clinical Development on the Global Program Team and at management/review committees.
- Prepare clinical study documents (protocols, charters, statistical summaries, presentations, publications, regulatory sections).
- Select advisory board participants and guide team preparation for meetings.
- Critically evaluate diseases and competitive landscape to inform development programs and asset strategy.

Qualifications

- MD in hematology (preferred).
- 3+ years of clinical experience in industry and/or hematology.
- Experience as a medical monitor for clinical trials.
- Publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
